Distance Sales Agreement

This agreement contains the distance sales conditions for the sale of software services provided by CafeRest360.

2. Subject

The subject of this agreement is the provision of the restaurant and cafe management system software service provided by CafeRest360 to the buyer according to the sales conditions set forth below.

3. Service Description

CafeRest360 provides a software service that includes the following features:

  • Online reservation system
  • Menu management and QR menu
  • Customer reviews and rating system
  • Multi-language support (15+ languages)
  • Photo gallery
  • Management panel
  • Email notifications
  • Hosting service
  • 24/7 technical support

4. Price and Payment

Price: Monthly 25,00 USD (Annual payment: 300,00 USD)
Payment Method: Credit card or bank transfer
Payment Period: Annual (12-month commitment)

Prices include VAT. Payment is made after the application form is approved and the agreement is signed.

5. Establishment of Agreement

The agreement is established when the buyer fills out the application form, accepts the Privacy Policy and Contact Terms, and makes the payment.

6. Delivery and Installation

The service is activated within 24 hours at the latest after payment is received. Installation and configuration processes are carried out by the CafeRest360 team.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article 15 of the Law on the Protection of Consumers, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in case of immediate delivery of digital content. However, a money-back guarantee applies within 30 days from the start of the service in case of dissatisfaction.

9. Warranty and Support

CafeRest360 provides the necessary technical support for the uninterrupted operation of the service. 24/7 support service is provided. All updates are free.

10. Limitation of Liability

CafeRest360 is obliged to exercise due care for the uninterrupted operation of the service. However, liability is limited in cases of problems arising from internet infrastructure, natural disasters, or force majeure situations.

11. Intellectual Property Rights

CafeRest360 software and all its content belong to CafeRest360. Copying, distributing, or using the software for commercial purposes is prohibited.

12. Privacy

13. Dispute Resolution

The laws of the Republic of Turkey apply to the resolution of disputes arising from this agreement. Istanbul Courts are authorized.

14. Agreement Changes

CafeRest360 reserves the right to change this agreement by giving prior notice. Changes take effect on the date they are published on our website.
